Our Measuring Services are laser accurate and provides a 2D floor plan with room dimensions with color coded rooms, visual plumbing aids, area calculations summary and area calculations breakdown.

For accurate measurement, we use the current "North Carolina Residential Square Footage Guideline" approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and recognized by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for single-family dwellings and townhouses when measuring.
